INTRODUCING THE CASTLE DOUBLE DECKER BAR CHAIR

Bringing an end to tiring hours of bending up ‘Top Hats’ for spacing double layers of mesh. An answer to a pain point that reinforcing placers have been telling us for years.

When Castle set about to design an innovative solution to the problem we talked to our customers to come up with the best solution. Most clients were bending up steel in the shape of a top hat and arduously tying these to the two layers of steel costing excessive time & money, there had to be a fast & cheaper plastic alternative. Being in the steel spacing industry for 30 years Castle were quick to come up with the DOUBLE DECKER Bar Chair. Featuring so many advantages generated by cutting edge innovation in 3D modelling and CAD drawing the new double layer mesh chair has been designed to suit a list of application considerations.
