How It Works:
Castle’s move to a sustainable future introduces the opportunity for 100% refundable returnable pallets from any pallet-packaged purchase. We are investing in custom quality branded pallets sharing with our customers the consistency and quality reflected in our company core values.
As of the 1st of February, invoicing you will notice the inclusion of $40 unit price per pallet for every pallet included in carrying your shipment to its final destination. Pallets can be returned for credit at any given time in individual or multiple fashion. Freight cost for returning pallets is covered by returning sender and full credit of $40 is issued per re-usable pallet returned.
Castle NZ will not credit any part of seriously damaged or mishandled pallets returned, Castle is not responsible for the collection of or arrangement for returning pallets. Pallets are to be returned to Castle NZ, 15 Thames Street, Pandora Napier, 4110.
Castle NZ are committed to improving the environment in reducing landfill and environmental impact, all pallets will be restored periodically where possible or destructed in responsible manner.
